My Story
working at the intersection of analytics and ethical design.
My work sits at the intersection of analytics, accessibility, and ethical operations—helping organizations make better decisions, serve real people, and grow without losing their soul.
I’ve led enterprise audits, trained future analysts, and built frameworks for clarity across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. But I didn’t start with a business plan—I started with a belief: stewardship > scale.

Values at Work
I don’t just build projects—I build with purpose.

Empowering Entrepreneurship
I create mutually beneficial relationships that generate value for everyone around me. I intentionally seek to understand others—who they are, what they carry, and where their hidden talents lie, even if they can’t see them clearly themselves.
I believe sharing knowledge and holding a central role in value-generating networks is not a status symbol, but a responsibility. As a generalist and multipotentialite, I steward this position by freely sharing ideas and insights—planting seeds for others to flourish, as Scripture calls us to water one another
Servant Leadership
I lead by laying down my life in service—so far as it does not place me in a position of personal harm, victimhood, or unhealthy dependence. I believe healthy leadership means being a good steward of what’s mine to carry, while also helping others bear their burdens. Each of us has our own load, but we are not meant to carry it alone
I empower others by walking beside them, not above them. My most meaningful moments are on the front lines—inviting others into the work with me, not assigning from a distance. Like Christ, I believe real leaders wash feet

Community Building
I seek to live at peace with others, so far as it depends on me (Romans 12:18). I build, encourage, and support communities that foster belonging and healing—spaces where people can grow together for a season, not necessarily for life. Unlike family, which endures through all seasons, community is often a shared chapter of purpose and mutual care.
I strive to build relationships marked by candor and humility, always rooted in the authority of Scripture—not personal opinion. I also set healthy boundaries, avoid environments that foster victimhood, and extend forgiveness when needed—preserving connection while protecting peace. I open up with those who share my values and co-create spaces of mutual trust.
Kindness and Generosity
I share knowledge, ideas, and practical resources freely—with wisdom and order. I provide first for my family, then for those in need, and finally for those who have proven to be good stewards.
Likewise, I believe generosity is an act of worship, a spiritual strategy—not just a virtue. Furthermore, I give cheerfully and intentionally, knowing that love is best expressed through quiet action

Restorative Hospitality
I want my home—and my presence—to be a place of refuge: open, warm, and restorative. For me, hospitality is more than hosting—it is a spiritual discipline rooted in service and attentiveness.
A meal, a quiet place to rest, or a shared table can become sacred when offered with intention. I believe time is one of the most generous gifts we can give. Being fully present—undistracted and emotionally available—is how I practice both love and faith.
